Electronic management of the files regarding Payment card frauds. It manages the organisational and operational procedures used in banks to indicate fraud acts on payment cards and the reimbursement requests to the managing board as provided for by the guarantee system.
It furthermore manages the cases of domestic and international “Liability shift” and the requests for compensation from other insurances. It complies the obligations stated in Law n. 166 of the 17 August 2005 (data base Ucamp of the Ministry of Finances).
From a technological point of view it complies to all the fixed standards of the Banking Information System: Platone.
