We are connected digitally with all our client banks and with the operators in the sector, we support counselling, assistance, complete organization analysis, application management and highly specialized personnel, with availability even for night time interventions.

Our User Help Desk works every work day from 8.30 am to 6.30 pm, this to resolve the problems that may occasionally occur. We can also assist on request, even servicing for longer periods of the day, and the care needed for the post-tp phases of the applications.

Our company specialists boast years and years of experience in various departments where they are usually called up for and are capable to satisfy any kind of need assuring the best performance of the service product as well as the on time respect of the agreed planning.

Development environments and "main-frame" and "departmental" typology tests are available.
Further and deeper application tests are made by us in "validation" environments on a data base which conforms to the "production".
