They are elaborated on the basis of the following phases:

3. Control of the obtained results
It is the support phase for the application of the Organizational revision plan.
It usually sides the company resources and follows the time procedures on the progress made by the supposed interventions. The phase ends with the report on the "Control of the obtained results".
